He needs another year of seasoning before he shines. He's still so raw and athletic.

I believe he will shine. He is very athletic, can dunk and can handle the ball very well. He has some potential. But he will need to work on consistancy and his defense.

he has to outplay brewer which will be difficult because he plays good defense which will  translate into getting minutes

Gerald will be a good player in Minnesota, and will be missed in Boston. He reminds me of when the Celtics let Joe Johnson go. He was talented, but looked lost on the court sometimes.

you mean establish himself as a good player in a talented and promising sqaud with Foye,Brewer&Al and then ask to be traded to get the maximum?  Smiley

imo green has a ton to prove that he is more than a super athlete ... i'm not convinced yet but he is so young

I think that team could make the playoffs in the East, but it should be tough in the West...G Green and Al Jefferson will be the leaders of that team and they have a clutch point guard in Randy Foye and a talented pg in Bassy...This team is loaded with good young players for the future...In another 3 to 4 years when alot of the stars are way out of their prime, this is the team that will shine the brightest...

I think that if the Wolves play the kind of ball that Randy Wittman is talking about it's going to keep Green from having the kind of numbers his talents will allow him.

I see him as a 15 pt, 4.5 boards, and 3.2 assists, kind of guy with about a steal a game.

Which is going to make him a player, but not a star.

I just hope that Foye can learn to average 8 assists a game...

I remember complaining about Pooh Richardson, and Terrible Braindead oops I mean Terrell Brandon, and right now I'd think that the Wolves would feel like they won the lottery if they could get 15pts and 8 assists out of a PG.
