I watched alot of the summer league games online, and Owens shut down Marcus Williams of the Nets.  He didn't even give him room to breathe.  He also played a solid game at the point.  Very quick with the ball, and somewhat conservative.  

If he can learn the offense, and help them to produce points, Tinsley could have some serious competition.  The team will score more with Tinsley.  They will also give up more points, and have big men in foul trouble because he can not defend.

Interesting choices ahead for coach.
