Diener and Owens are there for safety, 1 brings shooting, the other brings defence.

but while healthy it should be a Tinsley/Daniels combo, if where going to make playoffs.

all he needs to do is distribute and take care of the ball, he'll get open shots and he could knock those down

defence is 50% of basketball and it wins games

obviously...

indiana doesn't win games because of stellar defense

indiana isn't a good defensive team so they might as well play to their strength and score

like phx and golden state for instance, they aren't going to hold you to season lows, so they won't base their rotations on holding you to season lows on offense, they will focus on scoring

when we have lost, its becoz the oppenants PG has taken over the game.
and we may not be lock down, but even Suns n GS need some defence to survive.

all im saying is, you can't blame a bad defensive team for playing bad defense

and you can't blame a good offensive team for playing great offense

they are just doing what they are best at in an effort to win

In His last 10 games:
He has either had more than 20 points(4 times) averaging 17 pergame.  Or had more than 10 assists(7 times) averaging 10 per game in the last 9 games.
Against cleveland he had both (24/10).

He is averaging 6.1 rebounds in the last 6.
While his turnovers have increased with more playing time, his FG% is gone up to 45% in the last 10 games.
He is averaging 4 steals in the last 4 games.
He is has gone to the foul line at least 6 times in the last 6 games except the seattle game.

Well at least he is improving under Jim O'Brien.

I didn't watch the game against the Clippers but I'm impressed by his stat line. If he can keep it up maybe he is a keeper, that's one of the best nights I've seen from him in a long time, we'll have to see
