Well if they both start, they would be a really short team and it would cause matchup problem at PF, they would not do that. I think Deng should start because Nocioni is a type of guy who comes off the bench, brings energy to the team. He was one of the best sixth man last year in the matches he did not start. Luol Deng would start the game and Nocioni would be a great option of the bench.

Deng is the right guy to start, he plays better as a starter whereas Noc seems to be unaffected by starting or as a 6th man.
Our bench'd be too thin with both guys starting, i'd rather play them together in the 2nd qtr.

Luol Deng. Nocioni is perfect fit for bench minutes and good amounts. Both are terrific players. Thing is Deng is still 21 and yes Noc is young but not that young. Since Deng is young but has played alot, he should get the start, to keep his confidence up.

Nocioni is my favorite player on the Bulls right now. He's gritty and a little nasty. The fact that he is such a team guy makes it easy for him to be the sixth man from a chemistry viewpoint. So start Deng.....for now. (Still think that Deng & Gordon need to be packaged for a trade...)

deng, because he needs to improve and this would force him too, nocioni is proven and for now is the better player, he would be solid off the bench

I like noch in the starting lineup, he is a great defender and a gritty, competetive player, just what we need in our lineup, but Deng could get a ton of minutes off the bench.

Deng will start but if he doesnt perform Nocioni will take his spot. It'll be the same as last year. Deng starts and if he gets in foul trouble Nocioni comes on and provides the spark.

I like Nocioni more, but he could be 6th man, something like Kukoc in Jordan era.

I think Luol Deng should start. He's more of a starter and Andres Nocioni is more of that 6th man, bring the energy off the bench kind of player. They might switch due to matchups. This is going to be a good team. Tyrus Thomas might even get P.J. Brown's job if he works hard enough!
