is he actaully going to be on the roster this season?

if so..  there goes Greenes spot.. and Greene is a great steal if we could hold onto him..

I would rather see the Pacers keep both Hunter and Green and trade Tinsley and Jackson for draft choices.  You have one year with Armstrong to work these two young, hungry, players into a great point tandem.

We would end up with guards:  Sarunas, Armstrong, Green, Daniels, White, Hunter.  Every guard on the team would be a viable point option.

I know people think Tinsley is the best man for the job, but he has missed alot of work the last couple of years.  If this were the real world, he would have been let go already.

haha hate to break it to ya buddy.. but all those guys are second/third string opint guards in the NBA.. tinsley is the only guy who can play 38 mins solid..

i would rather have 1.Tinsley.. 2.Sarunas.. 3.Armstrong.. and keep Greene for back up/he can guard the 2..

hunter should look for another nba team to be third string.. cause hes solid for 10 mins a game..

.. we are not giong to get good draft picks for tinsley/jackson atm.. and at least Jackson plays 80 games a season.. he might even be the 6th man on this team(we should start marquis).. which will let jackson play his streaky game against the other teams bench players.. and thats where he used to be effective..

So, like Pacers management, you have made the decision to start Tinsley.  Who do you start for the other 40 games???

Tinsley will start the season strong, and he will start missing games around the holidays with an ingrown toe-nail, or a tipped uterus, or whatever the ailment du jour is this year.

I would rather assume this at the beginning and plan away from it.  I would rather start Sarunas and plan a future on people who we can build the right way, who would play with a broken arm if they had to.

2006 PG - Sarunas, Armstrong, Green, Hunter

2007 PG - Sarunas, Green, Hunter

Yeah you can get 38minutes from Tinsley Tongue .....Just not in a row.   .... Seriously, they should try and keep Greene to develop for the future.

Hunter is ment to be quite highly rated even tho i never seen him play before, so hopefully he can show what he made of in the league because tinsley wont last the season

yeh greene is infact already 1 of the best point guard defenders in the league..  and hunter can score a sugar load in CBA.. but i think the pacers have enough scorers so i think we should keep Greene.
