I'm trying to take an unbiased look at our roster. In a couple days, I'll go after the forwards...

Hey man, if thats your blog, you say that Daniels needs to "develop" an outside shot. He already has one and its pretty decent. Its just that it was on off year in that category for him. If you look back to his San Antonio years, he was one of the best 3 point shooters in the league.

And I also think your being way too hard on Donnel Taylor. Your judging him on his rookie year for Christ's sake, let him grow a bit!!

In Haye's rookie season, I wishfully envisioned him to develop into a bigger size Mitch Richmond. Well, maybe I was the only one, but the injuries really spoiled his development. (I still don't understand why didn't he go for surgery earlier in the seaon.)  I hope this can be his break out year.

Daniels's shooting picked up after he was more comfortable with the system. Apparently, being on the new team affected his shooting, as did to Chucky Atkins.

The one who really needs to improve his shooting is Taylor. In the summer league, he shot 13 for 46, a dismal 28.26%, and I am not talking about 3 pointers! I agree with you, he does not make glaring mistakes, but I believe shooting is the key that will determine whether or not he can stay in this league.
