That's their salary for next season, almost 60 million.

They'll closer to the luxury tax threshold, rather than the salary cap. They've just got the MLE.

Yeah, I know, Davis expires and Salmons earns 5 mill the next season. That gives them 6-7 million less, 53.5 mill of total salaries.
