4 years/$36 million.

At least they didn't break the bank to get his ***.

This is so not working out.

I would like to think the Pacers know what they are doing, but I don't get it.

Bring in Harrington who is either going to screw Granger out of minutes, or force Oneal to play Center.

Now we were going in a direction I kind of liked with the new young guys but now we will have to cut Powell, Marshall, Hunter, and Green in some combination.  A couple of these players could have been contributors this or next year, now we will lose them.

All of this BS and we are still rolling the dice on Tinsley.  Maybe we can trade Jackson, Tinsley and someone else for draft picks.

I just don't get it.

I don't see it working either.  Harrington works well on the block but isn't that where Jermaine is supposed to be (even though he never is)?  They need to get more defensive minded on the perimeter.  I like the addition of Daniels but I don't see him filling his potential unless they deal Jackson for someone who can be effective without just taking shots.  I think trading Jackson and Tinsley in a package for someone like Brevin Knight, Earl Watson, Carlos Arroyo, or Andre Miller plus a perimeter defender would make me feel a lot better about the way the team is constructed.  They could then play Foster at 5, then O'Neal at 4, Harrington at 3, Daniels at 2 and one of those PGs for the starting five with Granger as the sixth man.

They're still a talented group of players but is it a strong team?

I think the pacers got him, because of the chemistry that Al and Jermaine has. THey are best friends. You never know, Jermaine might be good in the center spot this year.
