Will Darius have a career in Washington, or is this just another pit stop on his journey through the NBA? Can he evolve into a Center? He would help loads at that position. He can score in the paint and is a crazy rebounder. Compare him to another NBA player, I say...Lorenzen Wright

At 6'8", he can not be a starting center in this league. Wright is taller.
Besides, Wright is not that good a center anyway. This is Wright's numbers last year (points/rebounds/blocks): 5.8/5.1/0.59, compares to Brendan Haywood: 7.3/5.9/1.32; and many people here say Brendan is not a starting caliber center!
Wright has a slightly better career record, 8.8/6.9/0.7 to Haywood's 7.0/5.6/1.4 (Haywood only started 2 games in rookie season though). But clearly Haywood is a much better shot blocker, which the defense-challenge Wizards desperately need.

Darius Isnt a tough player so he cant really play center but he can become a good forward with a nice shootin touch he just lacks strength. But he be a good scorin bench player and he can rebound a bit too.

I think he's a pretty tough player. He just doesn't have enough atleticism to overcome his height to the point where he can be a center.

he's a p1ss poor player. I watched him in Sacramento in disgust. He may have had some potential at one point but that faded .

he's been in positions where his expectations are too high, he needs a simple role, with that he will be good

Exactly, he is a good role player.
The best situation for him is to come in from the bench for 20-25 mpg.
If he is a starter, well, that means his team has some problems at PF/C position!
