All right, as draft commisioner, please follow the guidelines/rules in drafting.

1. We will have two rounds, 60 picks in our draft.
2. Draft Begins IMMEDIATELY after we fill out all spots, orders will be determined.
3. A team that's on the clock will be given 10 HOURS to pick, if they cant pick, we will use nbadraft.net's projection on the said team.

(for example, miami drafts 1, gm of heat doesnt draft within 10 hrs, whoever is the projected #1 in nbadraft.net, will be Miami's pick, which is Michael Beasley.
