We need to win, that is it, we dont need to keep developing players, thats why we rather trade our second rounder for cash.

We need to develop McGee, Blatche, and Young tehre the only way this team is going to improve. A heatlhy Arenas is a big step on the way to a chip, but if those guys don't improve. This team only makes it to the second round. Young will provide that 6th man scoring off the bench. Blatche looks like a good defender, and McGee could turn into a starting center if two of those things happen. Then this team can win it all. Play those guys during the regular season. Give McGee mintues at backup center. Let Young in the game, every time the guy tahat Stevenson is guarding goes out. Let Blatche come in every time Caron leaves. Give those guys mintues, espicially when you a head and definitely in a blowout. You have to develop guys, because a good way too keep this team healthy. Is too develop the guys behind them. So they don't have to play huge minutes every night.

Personally i would love all of our young players to evolve into great players but I only think Young and Blatche will play good minutes next season. McGee will not play much, Brendan Haywood is improving greatly, Eddie Jordan see's that, and will take it into consideration when he plays his reserves. eddie Jordan is known not to play his rookies a lot.
