WOW!!!! toronto gets nothing in return. no way would i agree with this trade.

Kapono, Delfino, Bargs n Calderon for Marion? no fukin way. how could u come up with something so unfair

Read my other comments and you'll see it's fair from being unfair. You act like the raptors did great this year. The simple fact is Delfino wants to play overseas and Calderon is going to sign with another team. So either you get something for those two, or you get nothing. You don't even use Kapono and Barg's is a Grade A Bust! So tell me again, how is this unfair? You get an all-star in Marion to go alongside Ford and Bosh. So what's so unfair about this? And, if Marion opts out, you could just sign Okur or Curry and Ron Artest when his contract is up if you don't want to sign him again. So why is this unfair? Because, in 1 more year you're a better team by far able to hit 50+ games, which I think is possible next year with Marion. I hope Calderon and Delfino opt out and you don't get ***.

LOL okay

delfino wanted to play overseas last year, and what he said is that if he plays like junk this past year, then he would play overseas. obviously, he didn't play like junk, so he's staying

calderon is an RFA. unless he gets offered like 14 mil a year, he's staying.

bargnani still has good potential, and BC has the offseason fully planned for him.

kapono stretches the floor when he's in.... although he is overpaid.

and you just hit another point. if/when marion opts, there's no guarantee that they will get anyone else with bosh's FA period coming up.

I'm pretty sure a read an article after the Raptor's season that Delfino wants to leave. It's either Calderon or Ford leaving in a trade, you're not going to keep both without some controversy. Bargnani is a bust and, by letting him go, you finally get Koufos as a center who actually plays like a center, rather than a center who jacks up three pointers all game. Kapono stretches the floor as well as EVERY Toronto player. And you act as if Marion can't hit three's. The fact is, Bosh and Ford need another all-star to go along side them and Marion playing SF is the perfect option and will put this team over the top.

Delfino is the only real bench player you're losing and it's not that bad because Toronto is already riddlled with shooters. They need power, athleticism, and defense and that's what Marion brings. Also, Quinn is a great back-up PG and will score relentlessly. You don't even use Kapono so don't even act like he's part of your depth. And Bargnani is being replaced with Koufos so you're not even losing a center, you're actually gaining one since Bargnani acted like he played every position except center.

Okay let me ask the Toronto fans a question. You're biggest need right now is an all-star next to Bosh and Ford, and it should be at the SF position. What all-star do you honestly think you can get that plays both defense and offense for Calderon, 2 players who can only shoot and bring nothing else to the table, and a bust that shoots three's all day? Who should yo get in return for, basically, one good NOT GREAT, but good PG in Calderon and those three as fillers?

Okay Richard can't lead his team to the playoff's when he had Kidd and Carter. He isn't as good a defender as Marion, but he is a better scorer. But, as we all know, defense wins championships. And something with your comment for Richard Jefferson, how come theirs been trade scenario's of Richard and Marion swap, but yet you would take Richard and not Marion? Marion helps Toronto on both end instead of one. Richard may score 6-7 more ppg than Marion, but Marion can prevent 15-20, as well as lead by example ala Kevin Garnett turning the Celtics into the best defensive team just by his presence. Also, the fact is Toronto can fill up the stat sheet on the offensive end already and it's not like Marion is going to hurt it any, but he will put this Raptors team over the top next season just by leading by example on the defensive end. I just think he's the best fit personally.

How do you expect to make the salaries match? Pull the money out of their ***? And Kapono and Delfino are perfect for Wade and Beasley. Their knock down 3-point shooters and will have open looks ALL DAY. They could easily average 15 ppg with D-Wade and Beasley as teammates.

One dimensional shooter?
I have a word for you, (DEFENSE). It,s not all about offense.
Pat did not wan't to pay Krapono that money. But now he will?
& we are not positive that we are gating Beasley.
Lets just say no to this trade.
