Quote
Tinsley took a different approach to this offseason. At age 28, he finally discovered the wonders of weightlifting. He worked with a personal trainer daily and ran three to four miles on his own every other day. He changed his diet by hiring a personal chef. Fried foods were replaced with fish and chicken.
"I was really impressed with his regimen," Carlisle said. "I got to spend some time with his personal trainer. It shows here because he's doing terrific."

Quote
Tinsley, who averaged a career-low 5.0 assists last season, should thrive statistically now that Carlisle is taking the shackles off the offense. The New York City playmaker's style is geared for the open court.
"This is the way we've been wanting to play for a while and now we're going to be able to do it," Tinsley said. "It fits my speed and everybody else's speed. Me being the point guard, I like to get up the court, penetrate and get in the lane to make things happen. Now it's up to me to make sure I stay healthy."

Its probably a maturity thing. That still doesn't mean that he'll be able to hold up for the season, but who knows, he could finally have a healthy season next year anyway.

The cops found a couple joints in his car after the incident.

It is time to show him the door.

I would be more worried about Tinsley playing healthy more than anything else.

I hope he plays well until he builds up enough thaat the Pacers can trade him for SOME value.  We need a real PG, not a slow dimwit who couldn't hit the broadside of a barn in the playoffs (choose one, any one).
