Miami Trades:
 - Shawn Marion
 - Udonis Haslem

Miami Receives:
 - Jermaine O'neal
 - Ike Diogu
 - 11th Overall Pick

Indiana Trades:
 - Jermaine O'neal
 - Ike Diogu
 - 11th Overall Pick
 - Mike Dunleavy

Indiana Recieves:
 - Shawn Marion
 - Udonis Haslem
 - T.J Ford

Toronto Trades:
 - T.J Ford

Toronto Recieves:
 - Mike Dunleavy

Reasoning:

Miami

Miami drafts Michael Beasley to play PF, which, ultimately, makes Haslem available for trade. Our two biggest holes are at C and PG and so by trading Marion for Jo to play center and draft D.J Augustine, who I think is going to be an amazing pure PG in this league, and solve their two major holes like that. Dorrell would have no problem stepping in with their current line-up after this trade and making a very nice contribution. This would make us a small line-up, but small ball is what Riley wants to play next year and this should put us in the running to make it very deep into the playoffs.

Line-up:

PG: D.J Augustine
SG: D-Wade
SF: Dorrell Wright
PF: Michael Beasley
C: Jermaine O'neal

Indiana

It's not hard to notice that the extremely injury-prone Jermaine O'neal is no longer an all-star, but a very good player. He's had way more downs than ups and it's his time to go. By acquiring Marion and Haslem i realize you do get to PF's, but when Marion's contract is up you can now sign Boozer, Okur, Curry, or even Turkoglu. Haslem would fit just fine in that starting PF spot. The Pacers are also in dire need for a PG who can run a team and Ford is a very good PG at the price of an roster stocked with SF's. Dunleavy may play SG, but he is 6'9" and is a very versatile player. Granger is also a very versatile player able to play and defend many positions so we could move him down to fill the SG position if needed.

Line-up:

PG: T.J Ford
SG: Marquis Daniels/Kareem Rush
SF: Danny Granger
PF: Shawn Marion
C: Jeff Foster

or

PG: T.J Ford
SG: Danny Granger
SF: Shawn Marion
PF: Udonis Haslem
C: Jeff Foster

Toronto

It's no secret Toronto is shopping Ford because of the ever-growing rift between Calderon and Ford due to them both wanting to start. Toronto feels like the better PG is Calderon so they ship Ford off for what they lack most in their roster, a scoring SF who can create for himself. Dunleavy had a break out year averaging 19+ ppg and he fits very nicely with the Raptors with his outside shooting hitting 42% of his three's. He is the last piece to turn them into a real contender next year.

Line-up:

PG: Jose Calderon
SG: Anthony Parker
SF: Mike Dunleavy
PF: Chris Bosh
C: Andrea Bargnani[/u]

Then this trade doesn't work lol. But, all signs point to Marion playing one more year with the heat, if not though the Heat will just sign a nice FA.  Cheesy

It's a trade that i would think about,  if Oneal was 100%. But still say no.

JO/IKE < Marion   ,  if JO healthy,   JO>Marion    ---agree
Dunleavy = Haslem ?  are you kidding me??? Dunleavy lead the pacers which had a better record than heat. Look at their statistic and last yer performance.....   ---disagree    Dunleavy >> Haslem
11th pick > TJ Ford    --agreee

Based on the simple equation above, the pacers has been jeopardize on that trade.

that raptors team would be scary good from beyond the arch, they would have 3 very good 3 point shooters in the starting lineup and a  good one in Bargnani, so basically they could spread the floor and put bosh down low

On offense
Dunleavy > Haslem

On defense
Dunleavy < Haslem

Overall
Dunleavvy  = Haslem  with a slite edge for Dunleavy.

& if am tha Pacers i would decline to.

I wouldn't do it for TO.  They don't need more 3pt shooters.  They need size and a consistent 20ppg+ player.  They probably rather have Haslem.
