Ramos isn't a bust yet because he's very young.  I think he can be a solid player.

there difference between them to Ha only played 2 years of basketball b4 he made the trailblazers, but ramos has been playin for the nationalteam since he was about 18 and been playin basketball most of his life. ramos isa bust , Ha maybe when he knows more about the game he will come back or just disapear

I would not call a second round draft pick not making the team as a bust.

As for 7'3" guy not being able to make the team, I am sure there are other 7 footers that cannot even play basketball at his level.

Personally, I like Ramos better than James Lane they ended up keeping. (Problem with Lane is that he is very slow in moving his feet, a defense liability.) However, Wizards already have enough tall slender guys (Haywood, Booth), they wanted a bruiser (someone with body like Lane) more than a tall guy.
