any other pacer fans think.. the doctors are soft... soon as a player gets touched.. there told to miss games... instead of playing through it..

cause missing games just ruins players flow.. and more importantly team flow..

I'm guessing it's not necessarily the team physicians but the player's agent. Ignoring a small problem can easily cause a bigger one, affecting the players entire value and earning potential. These guys have a limited amount of time to make as much money as they can, so staying healthy is obviously a priority. Players need to need to think of themselves first, and the team second.
