crickets

Well, I personally think he made a bad move - Declining the Cektics. San Antonio is starting to age, and most people hate the Spurs, while in Boston you have a chance to fill the void made by James Posey, and you get the best chance to win anohter Title.

But yep, he's got his heart in Texas..

Finley proved to be very reliable last season, playing in all 82 games and averaging between 9 and 10 points a game.  He knows the offense, which already puts him ahead of other shooting guards on the free agent market.  He's going to be a very good #3 shooting guard for the Spurs, and should also claim the #3 small forward spot.  I can see him getting more time than the average third string, maybe Barry-like minutes from last season.  There's little risk in this signing, and he's probably the best 2 that we could have found on the market.
