Suns don't want another big contract for a veteran player on decline.

I rather keep Nesto expiring contract than trading him to boris diaw. Pacers doesn't need Diaw, we have alreay Murphy and Granger.

Why would the Pacers want Diaw's contract while giving up an expiring contract in Nesterovich?

Pretty good effort but Pacers won't take it. They just extended Foster's contract and Diaw wouldn't start over Murphy.

Diaw could play the SF and Granger th SG spot no?Maybe Diaw could be their sixth man...

Nets - Probably not, it would put them in the 25 win range.

Suns - Maybe, they get Carter for not a whole lot.

Pacers - Probably not. The trade is just expiring contract for terrible contract.

Dunleavy would start so yeah he'd be a sixth man and I don't think the Pacers would trade an expiring for a 6th man.

I think there is a really good prospect they should go for... I think his name is DeRosen or something... and he'll be a kind of guy to build a francise with.

Losing to get a prospect is pointless. Miami didn't show up for the last quarter of their games trying to get Derrick Rose but ended up with the 2nd pick and Seattle did the same and ended up with the 4th pick. Nets could have the 2nd worst record in the league and still end up with 5th pick which is well outside the projected runnings for DeRozan.

Pacers wouldn't take this deal. They don't need Diaw and wouldn't trade an expiring for him. If they gave up a bad contract then they might bite but right now they pass.

Nesto expiring contract will make pacers under the cap next season and can sign a big time or decent free agent. What do the pacers want to Diaw contract whom can't contribute to them. Diaw is not the same player he was two years ago.
