Why stupid OKC and PJ Carlisismo make him play shooting guard???

His natural position is Forward! Small Forward! Like LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony!

He's playing like Kobe. Officially a SG, but plays SF quite a bit. Not to mention that the team has decent SF depth and no SG depth.

For real I believe Kevin Durant is going to be better than LBJ, Carmelo, and anyone else in the last ten years. I believe in this kid for some reason. The only thing he has going against him at this point is the fact that he plays for a D-League team wearing WNBA uniforms.

Game Leaders
OKLAHOMA CITY
Points K. Durant 25
Rebounds K. Durant 11
Assists E. Watson 6
Steals K. Durant 3
Blocks K. Durant 3

If OKC find true PG for Kevin he will be 30+ every game! And 10 reb!

you seriously think Durant is going to be better than LBJ? i can see him being better than Melo, but not LBJ. Lebron is playing at an unbelievable level right now and he still has much to improve. Imagine if Lebron learned how to use screens his averages would go up significantly. Lebron isn't just a statsheet stuffer, he'll do the hustle plays everytime. He's the most determined player in the league right now

I've never seen Durant really play an nba game considering Thunder don't get any TV time in Cali. But once he bulks up a bit, i see him being better than the "prototypical SF" Melo. Durant is quicker, faster, and i think has a better vertical. And unlike Melo, Durant is willing to play some D.

Better than Melo, yes. Lebron? not a chance.

Durant's still got plenty of potential and I don't think we know where his ceiling is yet. Saying he'll be as good as LeBron is a very bold statement though.
