I think this was the shakeup they needed. I'll be interested to see who they can get. The players need to know there are consequences for not doing what the coaches ask.

I think they are going to do what the Wizards are doing, see how this coach plays out the season, and then go after a coach at the end of the season after seeing what they couldn't accomplish.

Well, Sam had some good and bad times but both sides needed this. It was about time, all the best to SAm and I'm sure he'll be a head coach/assistant coach somewhere else.
