I doubt San Antonio would trade Manu

I doubt Phoenix would let Stoudemire go without getting a big in return.

I bet Charlotte would love to have the white Kobe

San Antonio gets a solid PG to backup Parker which allows him to heal without worry. Amare next to Tim Duncan is the Twin Towers again which allow them to dominate teams and players like Amare or or Felton should handle well with the coaching style in San An.

Phoenix loses defense with the loss of Amare but also gains scoring with Richardson, loses someone who maybe an issue. At the SF position they get a great six man with Bowen and Defense.

Charlotte get the white Kobe and the Eastern Conference is petrified because they still keep there other starters.

So you already know what's wrong with your trade when you propose it?
