Nice deal but I don't see how that needed to be 3 trades.

trust me!

Take out the 3rd deal(which was just a filler to send me back a crap player) and try to get the 2nd one to work WITH the 1st trade........get Randolph to Miami........oh wait......fawk........smoove added elson at the last second.......bah!

you're right......stupid me......

The 3rd trade is a minimum contract for nothing, so that would work no matter what you combined it with. The 2nd trade is only $137k from perfectly even and I don't see any teams $137k away from the trade failing so I think it would work as a single trade.

I know I know; the original plan was me sending DUdley to Miami so he could send that to Denver in the second trade for Randolph.  Mind you that Fransisco Elson was not a part of this deal at all..........so that's the only way I thoguht it would work to begin with(but noticed that it still didn't work barely for Denver is Dudley went to Miami initially)....

So I had to get Smoove to add Elson......and this was after I wrote the entire trade with Dudley to Denver......so I just made it a second trade.......bah!

Whatever is easier. Good job coming up with a 3-way! It's amazingly hard to come up with one where someone isn't screwed over.

yea it's actually surprising how the 3-way can actually make things work better.  I was in talks with Denver about Camby but had no use for Artest really; I was in talks with Miami about Boozer(but nothing worked really because I had no SF I wanted to deal w/camby); and Denver and Miami were in some talks around some players...........

Anyway, we were all talking about who we wanted and couldn't work any 2 team trades; then we opened a chat and over a slight period of time(kind of took awhile to sort out) we all ended up getting exactly what we needed/wanted..........

This is why I love 3 team trades.  While they are sort of annoying/tough to initially come up with they can benefit all the teams to a point where 2 team trades can't accomplish this.  I wanted a PF, Denver a C, and Miami a SF..........plus other backups or whatever.
