haha I doubt it boog, Flip knows his team has little to no chance in most games, so he might as well get the rookies some experience?  Maybe that's his logic, hah

well the only thing that would let it go through is if either team had cap space, which i doubt, so no they arent being let through

They are rookie contracts / minimum contracts.
