shut-up. I already told him it was a stupid comment we don't need you talking about Hollingers BS stat system in three different posts.

Bulls one of those was an accidental double post for which I apologize.I responded because he gave a snarky and incorrect statement about the Blazers. As he see's red just at the mere sight of me I felt it best to give stats up front rather than argue for pages

Finally, I'm going to state this right now. The Bulls will have a better record next season that the Portland Trailblazers.

LOL at you Greenwing
First off Noah would not even see the floor most likely in Portland as he would play behind.Oden,Pryzbilla,Aldridge and Outlaw
Second Portland is a very good rebounding team with the #1 and #5 players in rebound rate in Pryz and Oden respectively.Noah is 17th in rebound rate.Don't believe me here is Hollingers statistical analysis
http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/hollinger/statistics?sort=reb&pos=all&seasonType=2&action=login&appRedirect=http%3a%2f%2finsider.espn.go.com%2fnba%2fhollinger%2fstatistics%3fsort%3dreb%26pos%3dall%26seasonType%3d2
As to your 3 games I don't know where/when games 1 and 2 were but game 3 was a blowout loss to Orlando the other night. How many of his points and rebounds came in the late third and fourth quarters with the Magic up 20+?
You're looking at the wrong statistics, DR.
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/statistics?stat=teamstatreb&season=2009&seasontype=2&league=nba
Portland ranks 18th in the NBA in rebounding. They're a slightly below average rebounding team.
And as for Noah's game where he played 30+ minutes, I'm sure you're capable of finding those stats on your own.

Actually you are looking at the wrong stat. You are looking at total rebounds per game which considering Portlands slow pace tends to be low.Look at % of rebounds. On the chart you cite Portland gathers in 53% of AVAILABLE rebounds while Chicago gets 49%

Joakim Noah wouldn't even get minutes if he played on the Trail Blazers. Aldridge and Channing Frye are waaaaaaay better PF.
+1
Word for word what I would have said. I hope Green takes it more seriously coming from a Bulls fan.

Also Green, you're missing something big on the rebounding stats. Portland plays a slow down style with fewer shot attempts, that's why they're 18th in total rebounds. Take a look elsewhere though:
They are 2nd in the NBA in percent of available rebounds with 53%.
They are 1st in offensive rebounds per game:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/statistics?stat=teamstatreb&sort=offreb&league=nba&season=2009&seasontype=2&avg=pg&order=true&split=0
They hold oppenents to the fewest rebounds per game:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/statistics?stat=teamstatreb&sort=totreb&league=nba&season=2009&seasontype=2&avg=pg&order=false&split=999
They hold opponents to the 3rd fewest offensive rebounds per game:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/statistics?stat=teamstatreb&sort=offreb&league=nba&season=2009&seasontype=2&avg=pg&order=false&split=999
