I wish so many pitchers didn't decline the invite to the WBC.  Ted Lilly should not be starting a game in the WBC.

TEAM USA was down 5-3 in the 9th and came back with 3 runs and won, Puerto Rico assisted with walks and all but who cares, David Wright dumped a single into right field to score Brian Roberts and J-Roll and we advance to the semifinals, I love it!

Did anyone here Chipper Jones comments on Toronto?

"We stayed in Toronto for a couple games and let's just say it's not exactly Las Vegas. To say that we were plucking our eyebrows one at a time would be an understatement."

What the hell is this guys problem? Maybe he should actually visit and get to know the city instead of just a couple days at a hotel before making stupid comments like that. I've always thought Chipper to be a bit of a jackass.

I was glad to see Kornheiser and Wilbon defending the city on PTI though, they know what's up.

I know what you mean. Atlanta is my favorite MLB team but it isn't like Atlanta is Las Vegas either, dumb move by ol Chip.

Nope. Never has been either. I never liked Chipper Jones to begin with (decent hitter, I guess, I think he's a bit overrated by some people) and now I officially hate him. And I don't hate a lot of baseball players, so yeah, he takes the cake.

Team USA plays Japan tomorrow night at either 7 or 8 on ESPN. The winner of that game faces South Korea on Monday Night for the Championship. Dice K is pitching for Japan against Oswalt for USA.

I'm just ready for MLB regular season, I think it's like 2 weeks away now. Thank Goodness!
