This is only if the Wizards draft Hasheem Thabeet, which is entirely possible if they get the 2nd or 3rd pick.
Chris Bosh and Kris Humphries
FOR
Caron Butler, Brendan Haywood and Deshawn Stevenson
The Raptors get a reasonable contract in Butler, an expiring one in Haywood and the combined defense of Butler and Stevenson allows them not to re-sign Marion. This way they have a shot of landing Joe Johnson in 2010. If Bosh stays they have no shot because the money isn't there.
Calderon Henderson (if they draft a SF, Butler to SG. If they draft a big guy, Bargnani can backup PF and C) Butler Bargnani Haywood
6th man: Stevenson
Arenas Young Jamison Bosh Thabeet

I wouldn't play Jamison at small forward. He's an average defender at power forward and it won't get better if he guards small forwards.

Good god no. Zunami's trade is waaaaaaaayyyy better than this, all we get here is a downgrade at the same position and Mo Pete who has sucked the almighty d*ck since going to New Orleans.

i think toronto p0wns that trade, so no wonder you like it. they get three starters for one, and free up cap space...washington would laugh at this

You can take Humphries and Stevenson off the deal and it's still good.

Haywood and Stevenson are both crap. Haywood is only a starter for Toronto because otherwise it would be Jake Voskuhl or Pops Mensah Bonsu after this trade...and Stevenson wouldn't start if we kept Parker. Parker > Stevenson. Then it's swapping Bosh for Butler. Talent wise it's pretty fair so I'm gonna go ahead and say you and your rolling eyes are wrong.

Haywood is one of the better centers of the league. He's better than any true center the Raps have right now.

Yes I said that...but Haywood is not really that good at all. Being "one of the better centres" in the league is a testament to how few truly good centres there are, not to Haywoods talent.

Agreed with cselby.
But about the trade, seriously? I would do a Butler, Jamison, McGuire for Bosh, Marion, Kapono trade.

New Lineup with that trade ^
PG - Jose Calderon / Roko Ukic / Quincy Douby SG - Anthony Parker / Carlos Delfino / Marcus Banks SF - Caron Butler / Joey Graham / Jason Kapono PF - Antawn Jamison / Dominic McGuire / Kris Humphries C - Andrea Bargnani / Pops Mensah-Bonsu / Patrick O'Byrant / Jake Voshkul
I put Delfino their cause he probaly will sign with the Raptors in the off-season.

How many jumpshots do you expect that team to take?
