Someone close to the Bulls have just said that Amare Stoudemire will be acquired this summer and not Bosh. the GM of Raptors, Bryan Colangelo, has told Paxson and Mullins that Bosh is staying in Toronto. Paxson also will give up both picks, Ty. Thomas, and James to Phoenix. GM Kerr told a source he's fond of making a deal like that come draft day if Suns don't make the playoffs.

Yea, really not sure about the source, not really sure why someone would break that news when its only april, an the Bulls are usually very quite about that stuff, but Paxson and Kerr could of very well made a deal at the deadline that said we will wait til the summer and discuss it again. Now they can see how Tyrus finishes this year, plus we added another draft pick. If its true its great because this is a weaker draft an we dont give up to much. Doubt its true though.

lol that is a garbage source.  No GM has ever discussed a deal in the middle of april.  Stop reading retarded websites.

Don't know why they would want Stoudemire anyway. He's a liability on defense, not to mention Tyrus is a much better defender than Stoudemire.

Bosh would be a great pickup for Chicago, but it's way too early to tell. I do see Bosh leaving Toronto, but we'll have to see where he'll end up. I predict he'll end up in NY or possibly Cleveland (depending if Lebron is still there or not, i mean who wouldn't want to play with a guy of Lebron's caliber?)

Bosh is no better on defense than Amare. I'd still prefer Bosh, but let's not call one guy a defensive liability (which he is not, just not a very good defender) and then praise another guy who's worse on defense.

exactly..bosh is a better rebounder, amare is a much better shot blocker and better post defender.  bosh is still probably the superior player, partially due to question marks surrounding amare's health and character, but i think the raptors will do the best they can to keep bosh, and can get better than the players we're offering anyways.
