Trade I proposed in the Bulls forum.

TOR gets-
Chris Kaman
Tyrus Thomas
Tim Thomas
Chicago's 2010 and 2011 1st Round Picks

LAC gets-
Kirk Hinrich

CHI gets-
Chris Bosh
Jason Kapono

Toronto gets a big man to pair with Bargnani, athleticism and potential with Tyrus, an expiring contract and future picks. They also get rid of Kapono.
LA somewhat relieves the logjam at the 4/5 spots and also gets a solid combo guard in Hinrich.
Chicago gets Bosh, enough said.

I think you could take the Clippers out of this if the Raptors want Hinrich or Gordon in a sign-and-trade.

not a bad trade @ all......

Tor could have a issue with having Bargs, Thomas, Kaman all in the frontcourt

Does bargs play PF, Kaman @ C and have Ty Thomas come off the bench and back-up both positions?

Yeah, Bargnani would be the 4 and Kaman 5. Bargnani can play a similar role to that of Nowitzki. Tyrus can come off the bench and provide energy. They could also trade him since a lot of teams would not mind having an athletic PF and he's a lot more movable because of his contract.

I'd enjoy this trade. Give us a starting 5 of:

Calderon
draft pick
Marion ??
Bargnani
Kaman

with Thomas off the bench.

Take out the 2011 first round pick and it's a good deal. Toronto gets a starting center and Forward, they don't have to spend the money to resign Marion, maybe Tim can give them minutes off the bench for a year. Since Bargnani plays well outside Tyrus wouldn't have to be the jump shooting three he could be inside and rebound stronger against threes.

I guess the Bulls could try Kapono as a spot up three point shooter off the bench.

Anyone think that this trade or any variation of it might happen?

Technically can't happen. Back-to-back firsts can't be traded.
