I'd love Earl as the future SF of the Bulls....IF BJ was not avi. Can sorta agree with the Odom, I don't think he's as nice when it comes to creating but he's not far away.

ben gordon was a guy he trusted and always passed to when he was open.  those other guys are not the kind of shooters i'm talking about, they are more mid range guys.  how many times did we see rose get hinrich, deng or salmons a wide open shot and those guys would pump fake then try to step in to get a better shot and end up passing up a wide open 3 for a contested 20 footer? they are not the kind of guy's rose needs.  i said when he was drafted that deng and hinrich had to go and

Yea i kind of feel that way too, young Tim Thomas....TWill was the Louisville kid that has been rumored to be acting up too, not Clark from what i heard.

You heard wrong because every person that comes across T-Will says how happy he is and how he is always smiling.  I go to school currently at The University of Kentucky so I know a little about this. E 5 (Earl Clark) is very very immature. I do not want the Bulls to draft Earl or BJ Mullins.

I do have Terrance Williams as one of my top 3 for the Bulls to get with that first pick (Mullens, Hansbrough, Williams), but I'd rather have Mullens for the potential he has in the future for such an important position.

I read about Terrence Williams about 2 weeks ago i think on Draftexpress....they said he has been goofing off during work outs and even 1 scout went out and said " he could be trouble, like a young Ron Artest." So thats just what i read....probably going a little to far with the Artest comment...but if TWill is like that, Clark probably could be similair.

Personally i just think Mullens is young, and he thinks he deserved more minutes then what he got at OSU, thats why he gets a bad vibe imo. He seems like a good guy though.

They had Tyrus Thomas from 3 years ago, so they don't need a poor version of the '3 years ago Thomas' all over again.

I think he has a better overall feel offensively then Tyrus does....but anyways, I just think he should get a workout thats all, doesnt mean we have to take him.

Earl Clark in his JUNIOR YEAR, put up 14 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1 block on 45% from the field.  Thomas, in the only year he played in college (he redshirted his freshman year) put up 12 and 9 on 60% from the field, with 3 blocks a game.  Thomas was WAY better than Clark in college, which is why Thomas was a top 5 player in the draft and Clark is outside the lottery looking in.

1- He shot a higher % because he probably scored 3/4ths of his points off layups and dunks... hench the reason why he's shooting 45% in his NBA Career.
2- Earl Clark has a way better feel all around on offense than Tyrus, Tyrus takes ridic jumpshots, he can't bang downlow, he's a weak side shot blocker and somebody who can catch alleys.. while Earl can create shots for others, create his own shot and get to the basket
3- Tyrus was a top 5 player because of that March Madness run blew up his stock, let's not pretend like it was much more than that. + u can't really knock Clark for being a bubble lottery pick when u can look at all the other guys going before him and can obviously tell that they are better, I don't even think the draft classes have to be compared

That's just how I feel about it

+5 i agree with grazzle the most....Clark is more offensively minded player then Tyrus....Clark can hit jumpers, fade aways, pull ups, back down guys....he just has a lot more parts to his game that Tyrus doesnt offensively.

Bulls are working out Earl Clark and Austin Daye, among others, this Sunday.

Good news from where I stand. With so many variables in this draft, the Bulls should do their homework on every possible player.

I would still rather pick Earl Clark anyday of the week over Mullens.  With Clark, you know you are going to get at least something out of him his rookie year.  With Mullens, I would be shocked to see him score 4+ppg and 4+rpg his rookie year. I personally would trade something to get another teen pick.  Hopefully the Bulls can either sign Ben Gordon already or Trade him for a Rip Hamilton(preferably) so that makes Deng expendable for a Shaq and a pick.

Good, ive been waiting to see if they would give Clark a workout, and im glad they are....now i feel more comfortable as a fan that the organization is looking to make the best draft choice possible. Maybe the Bulls come out of Sunday hyping up either Daye or Clark to have them possible go before the 16th pick.
