Good, ive been waiting to see if they would give Clark a workout, and im glad they are....now i feel more comfortable as a fan that the organization is looking to make the best draft choice possible. Maybe the Bulls come out of Sunday hyping up either Daye or Clark to have them possible go before the 16th pick.

I can guarantee you that there isn't a single team out there that is going to pick a certain player, just becuase the Bulls like him.

I would still rather pick Earl Clark anyday of the week over Mullens.  With Clark, you know you are going to get at least something out of him his rookie year.  With Mullens, I would be shocked to see him score 4+ppg and 4+rpg his rookie year. I personally would trade something to get another teen pick.  Hopefully the Bulls can either sign Ben Gordon already or Trade him for a Rip Hamilton(preferably) so that makes Deng expendable for a Shaq and a pick.

I don't think it would be too hard for Mullens to get 4-4. Aaron Gray nearly averaged that this past season (3.5ppg, 3.9rpg). With Mullens' athleticism, all he has to do run the floor 3 times a game, and he'll get 4 points. The rebounds may not come as easy for him because he doesn't box out well, but I don't think it's out of the question.

That said, I like Earl Clark. I think he has a high ceiling. His combination of height and athleticism creates mismatches against most teams. He's like a righthanded Boris Diaw without the court vision but with more willingness to be physical. If we selected Clark, I could see him becoming a big part of the rotation as the 7th or 8th man.

that is actually a very good comparison right there, and Boris Diaw is a great player to have on your team.  All the more why the Bulls should at least try to get that teen pick before the draft, but it is coming up way to fast and Ben Gordon's situation is way to high up in the air to make major moves honestly.

I think Clark is like a Jeff Green type player...can do it all but nothing outstanding. And i agree Mullens could get 4 and 4 easily. If we pick him all he has to do is catch the ball, take it strong and dunk it....thats it and he will be a good player for us. Maybe from time to time he can try to create out of the post. With time he could actaully become a good post passer too, once he starts learning the game more.

Jeff Green is one of the more extremely underrated players in the NBA.   He is a extremely good tweener foward that is overshadowed by Durant.

I dont like the Josh Smith or Thaddeus Young comparisons....i think they are much more athletic, i like the Jeff Green one though, Clark and Green are big tall guys that can turn and face and shoot the j or drive the lane.

i'd say odom more than anyone..though the best thing about odom is his size and clark doesn't have that.  similar to odom, his jumper is pretty weak, he's at his best attacking off the dribble and creating shots for himself/teammates.  he was also a very good defender in college.  i've said before, we don't need all these guys whose biggest strength is creating his own shot..we need guys that can knock down open shots consistently and play d.  i think we can do better.

Again, this is a pretty weak draft and Earl Clark is actually one of the better players in this draft. If he falls to 16, i just don't see how the Bulls can pass on him with the way Luol Deng has been health wise.

+1 I agree.

There's also the fact that Tyrus Thomas has been inconsistent. Clark could be backup for either players or even replacements for them eventually.

I would like to have him, but one way they can pass on him is if a legitimate big man with legitimate potential falls to us too.

What!!! BJ Mullens can't get 4 points and 4 rebounds?! Deandre Jordan whom don't have finesse skills got them stats and had huge statical game last year. You are funny man. BJ Mullens has a jumpshot and great leaping ability. I also need to mention that his coordination is great for someone that's 7'1'' and 258lbs. He almost has the same characteristics as Dirk Nowitzki. I would love to see Earl Clark in a Bulls jersey because he would thrive with Rose. He's what I wish Tyrus Thomas was coming oout of LSU! I speak highly of Earl Clark. I think he's going to be great if he stays committed and don't fall into that Tim Thomas syndrome.

Deandre Jordan always had the skills to be an impact player rigth away.  He performed in college and was a legit center.  Character issues dropped him down to the 2nd round.
