I think the pick of Hansbrough was a good one.  I think we could have traded down and still got him.

He is a tough kid that has the best intangible of all, he wins.  He is like a Jeff Foster with the ability to shoot.
I would love to see him and Foster on the floor together.

i like the way the pacers have gone in the past few drafts, hansbrough, rush, hibbert, price
taking veteran players from winning programs.

There is no substitute for knowing how to win.

Win pretty, win ugly, JUST WIN!!!

Hansbrough is the only white dude picked up in the last couple drafts not currently playing in Euro ball.

The guy is just intense.  He will make Foster seem laid back when rebounding.  Plus he has that serial killer look about him that can be a little intimidating.

I expect he will surprise a lot of people.  He has an energy that is contagious.  If you saw the summer league games, both he and McRoberts paired with Hibbert made Hibbert play completely different.  When McRoberts was injured, and Hansbrough sat down Hibbert slowed down like Mario Andretti at the Indy 500 (local joke).

Hibbert needs to have Foster, Hansbrough, or McRoberts on the floor with him up front.
