Here's my list:

1. Lakers-----Resigning of Odom with addition of Artest makes the defending champs the favorites to win it all again

2. Cavs------The King and the Big Witness Protection will be a force to be reckoned with

3. Spurs-----Richard Jefferson coupled with the steal of DeJuan Blair(whom I still wish the Pacers had drafted) in the     2nd round added to their already very solid roster makes me think another title may be in store for The Big Fundamental.

4. Blazers----Andre Miller adds a steady veteran presence to this entourage of young talented players

5. Celtics----Same story, the Big 3 and Ragin Rajon. Wallace is a nice addition but won't win any games at this point in his career

6. Nuggets--No significant additions or subtractions. Should finish 2-4 in the West

7. Mavs-----Shawn Marion is a good pickup

8. Hornets--Chandler is a tough loss on the defensive end, but they gained overall with Okafur

9. Magic----This team falls quite a bit in my opinion with the addition of Vince Carter's "me first" ego which takes touches away from the best big man in the league, and subtractions of young stud Lee and crafty vet Hedo

10. Wizards---A healthy Arenas, Butler, Jamison and additions of Miller and Foye make this a dangerous team

11. Suns-----Vastly under-achieved last year, this will be their bounce back year

12. Jazz-----If they keep Boozer they will be in the playoffs, if not, D-Will can't do it alone

13. Hawks---This very young team who lost no one of significance and brought in Crawford and got a steal of Teague in the draft will win 50+ games this year

14. Bulls----Solid team, loss of Gordon hurts, but Deng back from injury makes it less significant

15. Heat---If O'Neal can stay healthy they could be a top 5 playoff team in the East

16. Pacers---If Hibbert and Rush continue their late season form and continue to improve, and Dunleavy comes back healthy and ready to play Pacers will end playoff skid

17. Pistons--Wheels continue to fall off after loss of Billups, lost Old Iverson and Wallace, replaced with young Iverson(Gordon) and Wallace(Villanueva). Barely made playoffs last year miss it this year.

18. Raptors--Hedo, Jack, and DeRozan with Bosh give this team a shot of getting back into the playoffs

19. Grizzlies--A solid young PG + two young athletic studs on the wings + a double-double big = Huge Improvement

20. 76ers----The loss of Miller really hurts this team. Holiday will be good but not good enough.

21. Nets----Will loss of Carter help or hurt?

22. Bobcats---Added some defense in Chandler. Still in need of a 2 guard(iverson anyone?) and if they don't resign Felton forget about it

23. Knicks---One more season...one more season...one.......

24. Warriors--Is it just me or does anyone else feel like this is a thrown together mess?

25. Bucks---Lost two solid players, added a big ? in the draft. If Bogut and Redd can even stay healthy they will be lucky to win 25 games

26. T'Wolves---Poor Al. Your great talents are being wasted. Rubio makes this a playoff team but him being a douche keeps you in the bottom of the league

27. Super...I mean Thunder---2-3 years away from being a powerhouse in the west. Problem is will Durant resign?(PLEASE COME TO THE PACERS)

28. Rockets----No Yao all year, who knows when McG will be back and even when he does come back he is one sneeze away from retirement due to injury. What were you thinking Ariza?

29. Clippers----I put them here because, they are after all, the Clippers. However, they have the talent to make the playoffs. Actually winning to get there is a whole other story.

30. Kings---Should be demoted to the WNBA.
