do the wiz think this guy is legit? as in a better than average starter? i wish they would have drafted more for value rather than potential. rondo, marcus williams, ager, shannon brown, many ballers still available at 18. i was very upset with that pick. i cant really be satisfied with it unless he pans out to be a baller at least better than vlad rad who was a high draft pick like this. if not we missed out on a number of players who i believe will have long solid careers in the league.

They needed an inside player, none of the players you listed would even play over Jarvis Hayes.  I mean, the wizards starting point guard is 24, all of those guys wouldn't be able to crack the starting five for god knows how many years, plus, the Ukrainian (as I am calling him now) played better than all of them in the summer league.  So I'm fine with choosing him rather than a smallish shooting guard or a point guard who can't shoot.   Honestly, the last thing the Wizards need is another swing player.
