I say dirty, he clearly intended to go for his head. The league ruled no suspension on this, which I think is ridiculous.

Maybe not, but you've clearly never played hockey before. You don't need to leap and take someones head off to gain control of the puck.

I mean, he had the guy dead to rights without the jump. he could have just given him a body check and the guy would miss a second or two getting on his feet, etc.

Err, no he didn't. The guys head clearly snaps back. He's out for a week plus with a concussion. Not sure if we are watching the same play, but his head didn't "clearly" snap back, and it looks like a solid hit to me. |
