I stopped reading after "Put any goaltender on the New Jersey Devils and his numbers would likely resemble those of the renowned Martin Brodeur." So you can put any goalie on the Devils and he'd resemble the greatest goalie of all-time? Ok, pal.  Roll Eyes

He is way off on the comment about Brodeur, although he is on to something with the comments about your defense and style of play going a long way to determining how your goaltender performs. Still though, the goalie is the last line of defense and it's pretty clear Brodeur is the best of all time, or at worst in the top 3.
