If Foye was on a team with almost no other offensive options he would have had the same year Roy had.

the ROY award usually has a lot to do with the team the player gets drafted to... moreso than the player's worth.

It may look like a bad move right now, but I think Randy Foye has the chance to be the best in his draft class. Granted, his draft class is really bad, but being the best in your draft class is pretty good.
