Barry is important, but Ely and Bonner don't amount to anything.
Barry will give parker a break at the point. But ely an bonner will only be useful as bodies agianst shaq if they even meet in the finals.

Brent Barry at the point?
Yeah, he works as a backup PG.

I don't know that Barry is the guy you want as your backup PG at this stage of his career but nevermind because this trade won't happen.

Yeah, Barry is fully capable of running the point, especially in the Spurs offense.

All you people on here need to watch spurs games before you all start saying you know whos important on the team.  Matt Bonner is one of the most important people on the Spurs right now, well reserve at least.  Sean Elliot calls Matt Bonner the Spurs secret weapon, Matts a hustle player, everytime the team is down by a lot or they seem like they're not even trying, Pop always puts Bonner in cause he knows what he'll do.  Hes always getting rebounds and keeping balls alive, shoots like over 40 percent from 3, has a good midrange, and then you add the fact that he doesn't get the respect he deserves, that just means he can do a lot more because people wont play him right.
