Perhaps Jefferson.

There's not many people on that list that improve our team really. I would be more interested in a guy like Dwight Howard.

not a single one of those guys left. Al Jefferson is off the board, nobody else will have a significant impact in Detroit, besides on their salary cap.

If they're going to move Prince's contract, Dumars should wait until the trade deadline and get a steal. There's always a couple of them every season.

Agreed. Who knows, Tay may put up awesome stats this year. It is a contract year for him.

Tayshaun put up some monster stats when he returned from injury this last season. well over 20PPG. It didn't surprise me, he's always been the third or fourth option. At that point, with almost everyone being injured or banged up, he was the one or two option and flourished in it.

Detroit's best bet is to simply develop, grow and get healthy as a team. Trading for a washed up center, or something, isn't going to revolutionize this squad. Getting high caliber player from Stuckey, Jerebko, Monroe, and Daye is where this team's success lies. Obviously, having a healthy Hamilton, Prince, Gordon and Villy helps as well.

Not for that price and not for what we'd have to give up. If Emeka Okafor is your highest paid player you are in lots of trouble.
