Antawn Jamison is close to a contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, according to a source.

Jamison has a desire to play for a team that will contend for the NBA championship next season.

Jamison had offseason surgery on his wrist but expects to be 100 percent at the start of the season.

Odom's problem is that he always quit the crack just before the season opener. There's no continuity there.
