Well, this is the worst Pacers team in over a decade and as fans we have little to look forward to for next year. Playoffs are unlikely this year, and no draft picks either....

Jermaine can't make it through 82 games, Granger is wildly inconsistent, Diogu doesn't get enough minutes to be effective, and the rest of the team is just average at best. Dare I say the only bright spot this season has been Tinsley. Sure he makes some bad decisions but without him, we'd be right in the hunt for the Oden/Durant sweepstakes....which wouldn't be too bad considering we'll likely end up with nothing.

I think we're entering the dark ages.

My only hope is that Carlisle gets the axe and we bring in a coach who can motivate these guys next year.

i think the trade for murphy, diogu etc hasnt really worked out well, but the team has dropped since artest and reggie left. It hard for carlise because he in a team which has had some big baggage players like artest and sjax. I dont see why they traded harrington after a big battle to sign him as a free agent. i like carlise i just dont think the pacers team is that good anymore
