I dunno, that's an admission of need for youth, basically.  not a huge rip off.

You don't have to worry, because that will never happen. Do those salaries even match up, or did you pull that out of your all?

Seems like a decent trade for both teams, but a longshot anyway.

Wolves can't trade Garnett. It's impossible to rebuild when McHale trades away all our first round picks. If We did this trade we would get the #1 pick and then we'd have to give Oden to the Clips.

McHale's Navy wouldn't be able to work out such a 'great' trade for both sides as mentioned before.

Instead, he'd be giving them our next two #1's (after the Clipps get theirs), KG, and Ricky Davis for Josh Boone, Richard Jefferson, and Jay-Z, who aint been exactly shootin' the lights out.

Time for KMcH to hit the road on a permanent hunting/fishing trip.

No doubt about that, McHale does now some talent and can help big guys succeed in the league. But he really has no idea how to put a team together.

That trade might seem like a good idea, but I would rather trade a draft pick instead of Williams. And we would still be getting ripped off. You can never get a trade of that magnitude fair. So why trade him?

The Pups are in a world of pain for at least 2 more season (even with great drafts) They won't content for a championship until KG gets traded and McHale gets axed.

Lots of McHale haters out there. Garnett should be traded asap. The Wolves don't have a realistic chance of contending for a championship since they dont have enough assets to put some good players around Garnett. So why not trade him now since he's 30 and his stock is really high.

If i were McHale i'd trade him for picks/young players since the Wolves have some pretty good u'p n comers in McCants, Foye

As a Pacer fan, if you all want to get rid of Garnett for Jefferson, Krstac and M. Williams, we could give you a better deal than that.

How about Indy gets Garnett (21 million)
and Troy Hudson (5.6 million)

You get

J. O'Neal (18 million)
J. Tinsley and (5.8 million)
Shawne Williams (Rookie first round pick)

That gives you better talent and decent contracts than you get from NJ.

Tinsley
R. Davis
Hassell/Williams
J. O'Neal
Blount

Of course the Pacers get Garnett to build around.  He has 4 great years left.

The Jermaine O'neal deal is clearly a lot better for Minnesota but I believe that the New Jersey trade was also pretty fair. Good trade for all teams involved. Not that I would do it, but they're fair.

Wouldn't you rather have this:
Timberwolves Recieve:
Lamar Odom
Chris Mihm
Devean George
Brian Cook
Sasha Vujacic
Lakers recieve:
Kevin Garnett
Marcus Banks
2 future 2nd round picks
