So basically what you're saying is that players don't develop because of system/coaches, but they just learn to do things a little more as they get older?

I think the other thing to take away from Rambis' offence is that they're trying to be a system team. It didn't fit the team last year but you can tell it does this year and I think that will lead to longer term success.

Face it, they would have never won anything with Al Jefferson as their dominant big man, now they can move on and start concentrating about better players that actually suit their style of play.

About the thread's subject, czaras pretty much hits it right on the nail.
