whats with gilbert arenas breaking his public silence since his injury and only talking about nba live 2008? he says nothing about his team, no words of encouragment, nothing. just that they will be seeing him on october 2nd on the cover of live, and that he has been handing out copies of the game

good scorer, idiot though

What is he going to say, "I hope the guys don't get swept too badly."  Honestly, they had no chance going into the playoffs, he could offer words of encouragement or about how they're going to make a comeback, but everything there would ring pretty hollow.  In fact he has been giving them support through the DC media, but it's not like anyone's paying attention to it because frankly everyone's pretending that this series isn't actually being played at the moment.
