If it happens, we may get a faint glimpse of what that 2004 may have looked like with Billups, Rip and Anthony on the floor. Of course, age has set it's course. But, it's an interesting sub-plot.

And yes, many others have to go in Detroit. Basically, anyone who isn't named Monroe, Daye, Bynum or Jerebko.

bynum is awful and can go too, and daye hasnt shown anythin.  Monroe and jerebko are the only 2 worth keepin in the squad

He didn't play last night. I don't get that at all. I really don't think the Melo trade to NJN that includes the Pistons is gonna happen simply because it doesn't involve the Knicks. Melo is going to be playing in the MSG this season or next. So unless they have another deal lined up, why create more confusion for the team?

the only reason detroit is lookin to trade away Rip is to clear cap space for the franchise selling.. if we will trade him away we shud do like

Wahington gets: Rip and Maxiell
Detroit gets: Rashard Lewis

Its a simple but sure trade that will work for both teams

How does this help us clear cap space?
