Actually, it is less than one percent.
The lottery is for the first three spots, and then it goes according to the order in which they finished (record wise). Since the Pacers would have the eleventh pick, the only chance of getting a pick this year is to finish in the top three of the lottery.
But... With that said, I suspect that the minute the draft order is decided, many Pacers players will be on the block for trade.
