I am a Laker fan and I am curious how much the Lakers would have to give up to get KG? How about this? Give me your thoughts.

The thing is i doubt Minnesota would trade KG to a western conference team. They might, but i think they'd ask for more.

I think your a little bit off. KG would require no less than a huge deal. I'm not so sure the Lakers have enough. And if Philly included AI, he would have to go to us. It would take us getting Odem, AI, and a number 1 at least. Let's just say it isn't going to happen, EVEN IF Garnett would be a perfect fit with Kobe, and they would most likely win a championship if not more.
I hate the Lakers, but Garnett would fit quite well there.

Dont think it would happen unless Minny recieved L.O AND AI and LA and Philly can split up D George B cook n that 2nd rounder but very very unlikely it would happen ever cuz it looks like Philly gets SCREWED royaly!!

The Lakers DO NOT have what it takes to get Garnett.
So the Wolves trade Garnett, Jaric, Hassell, Banks and a 1st round pick to get AI and a bunch of scrubs?
Would you trade Kobe for Ricky Davis, Eddie Griffin, and Troy Hudson?
I didn't think so.
The only way the Wolves trade Garnett is for a bunch of young players with huge upside along with a couple of first round picks. Even then, Chicago tried that and it didn't work.
