Is there a great difference between the NBA and the Euroleague? If we take the best 15 players of the Euroleague and we put them in the NBA, could they make it to the playoffs? For example, a team with:
C: Nesterovic, Schortsanitis, Tomic
PF: Lorbek, Batiste, Freeland
SF: Mickeal, Siskauskas, San Emeterio
SG: Navarro, Spanoulis, Diamantidis
PG: Teodosic, Huertas, Rubio
I think they could reach the playoffs in the Eastern Conference, but not in the Western Conference.
What do you think?
Greetings

rasho alone would lead them to multiple championships

but seriously, they would probably be the worst defensive team in the league. i can't see them having any success in the NBA

The closest team to the one above was Toronto in 2007/08 season, I guess.

Bargnani/Nesterovic/Brezec
Bosh/Garbajosa/Baston/Humphries
A. Parker/Kapono/Graham
Delfino/Moon
Calderon/TJ Ford/Dixon

They had a 41-41 record, and they made the playoffs. (Exit at the 1st round, by 1-4)

Garbajosa was a REAL critical part of that Raptors team, such a damn shame because he was a good player.

Depending on who coaches them they could certainly make it to the playoffs.  Team D can be taught if you put the right coach around the team.  This team could definitely do something, its very possible actually.  Theres no way to argue for or against it though to be perfectly honest.  I think it would be nice to see the Euro league all star game to be kind of like the US Soccer All star game.  Where the All star euro's play against one of the best teams in the NBA.

No way do they make the playoffs. They would get destroyed by the speed of the NBA game.

What about making a team with the best players of the Eurobasket? For example:
Pau Gasol/Marc Gasol/Joakim Noah
Nowitzki/Bargnani/Kirilenko
Deng/Gallinari/Diaw
Batum/Navarro/Rudy Fernandez
Parker/Teodosic/Calderon
I think they could win the NBA Ring.

Of course they could win a ring, but the team total salaries would be over 150 millions
