Good addition for the present, not for the future though...

Maybe they'll regret it in a couple of years but right now they should be very happy.

Dead horse, meet Joshua.  Good Lord - would you just GO AWAY ALREADY.  You've made your feelings abundantly clear in previous posts.

Bulls = bad, Pistons = good.  Wallace = old, injured, short, no offense.  Worst signing ever.  Got it.  Now shoo.  We all promise to be unhappy with the Wallace signing if you would just go back to bothering other teams' boards.  Your specialty, apparently.

Good article in the Trib today.  What is says in summary :

- Regarding Wallace's deal - it's more front loaded so the Bulls will have more $$$ to sign their own guys to extensions in the coming years.

- As Pax hinted earlier, he's still looking trade to fill up another spot.

- Songalia will not be re-signed since Wallace is eating up most of this year's $17.5M in extra cap money.  I liked Songalia for what he brought.  Kind of a plodder but decent defense and perimeter shooting for a big man.  Could help a number of teams.

ironic, the picture on that page shows him shooting a free throw. Hopefully you won't have to see that very much.

if the cap is 53.135 mil and the bulls have currently 30 mil spent(according to hoopshype) then wouldnt we ahve like 23 mil and not 17.5 mil? thus allowing even if wallace has a front loaded deal around 17 mil first year then leave like 5-6 mil left?

Hoopshype doesn't have the Chandler deal in yet. Brown and Smith total to 67,000 over 9 mil. So not much difference but point is, it's not all updated.

Hoopshype also has Eisley on the Suns page for god knows what reason, but he's not there, we dont pay him anymore

Perhaps they don't have the rookie salaries calculated in the payroll yet.  T2 and Thabo are still unsigned.
