Great trade for Indy, soild for both PHX, and LA, but I'm not sure that ethier PHX or LA improve enough to pull it out, nether of them get alot worse, but why fix it if it ain't broke? (at least in PHX's case)  But play around with it, and you might get somthing good.

Odom is a solid player and Bynum might be something special but you can't give up someone as good as Amare, specially when he is only 24 years old.  Suns say no.

Edit;
How about something more along the lines of this

Indiana gives: Jermaine O'Neal + Jamaal Tinlsey
Indiana gets: Kwame Brown + Shawn Marion + Raja Bell

Los Angeles gives: Kwame Brown, Lamar Odom, #19
Los Angeles gets: Jermaine O'Neal, Jamaal Tinsley, #29

Phoenix gives: Shawn Marion, Raja Bell, #29
Phoenix gets: Lamar Odom, #19

Indiana rids themselves of the remaining players of the black eye era while bringing in a pair of good players both of which are solid defenders.  Also helps financially (saves 6 million off the cap in 2008 and 25 million off the cap in 2009).

Los Angeles gets that 2nd star player to put next to Kobe at the same time they get to keep Bynum.

Suns get a big man in Odom who can do some of the things that Marion did (rebounding, defending both bigger and smaller players) while saving 15 million $ immediately (7.67 million off the cap + 7.67 million off lux. tax)
I put it through a trade checker and it worked from a financial standpoint.

One of the best trades I've seen here, Everyone gets what they want, and they have reasons for doing it. Good trade.
