If utah can get decent sg nxt season the sky is the limit. That being said they are over the cap.Who do you think they should sign?Or should they wait for brewer to come on. If i was Utah management i would target Grant Hill,He can split his minutes with Brewer and he will provide veteren leadership and he can do everything(though not at the level he used to).He will also allow Fisher to come off the bench.

I really havnt ever watched a jazz game for about 5 years so i dont know if he will fit into thier playing style or not.
Thoughts?

I would like them to get a good jumpshootin sg, Brewer is a pretty decent backup but cant shoot, Cj is still very young and can shoot but isnt a very good defender. Girieck just isnt that good

Yeh he would be good and make the team more exciting, but the you would have to give up kirilenko and as bad as his been this season i just dont see that happening.I also dont think GS would take him,Thats why i suggested hill because you could have for the midlevel or less than the midlevel-keeping in mind salary cap constraints.

As for a jumpshooter how about Luke Jackson or Matt Carrol? they are three point specialists and they could be had for the midlevel or less in Jacksons case. They would also fit perfectly into Utah because they are both white(lol)

If they get rid of Fisher, that leaves them with Dee Brown as the back up, and as much as id love to see him get playing time, they are better off with Fisher.

I dont really like Derek Fisher playing the 2, he can shoot, but hes like 6-0 which is waayyyy to short to play that position, especially on defense.

What about Michael Finley?

Yeah, I knew the Jazz needed a shooting guard since 2 seasons ago.  They need an outside shooter, a Ray Allen type player.  Obviously Allen is not available, but I think a player like Vince Carter would be good, I'm sure he wouldn't mind going to Utah now that they have a winning franchise.  However, he may steal some of Boozer and Deron and Okur's shots.

Josh Howard will also be a great fit, but I don't think he'll leave Dallas.  In that case, Morris Peterson might be the most perfect fit, since he shoots great from the outside, and he's not a huge scorer, so he won't demand the ball.  He'd be a perfect role player.

Matt Carroll? I dunno. They already have enough jump shooters.

yea but apart from okur they dont have a deep threat and he would bring that, plus if brewer can learn to hit a jumper then he can become a threat too
